OWL ERP with Claude and ChatGPT
Connect your business to an AI assistant and ask about your work in plain words — sales, stock, debts, appointments — and let it make changes once you agree.

1What it does
Answers from your own numbers: “How much did I sell this week compared with last week?”, “Who owes me the most?”, “What is about to run out?”, “What is on invoice INV-000074?”
Does the work with you: a sale or a return, an expense, a price rise for a category, a promo code, confirming a web order, product photos, and designing your store's pages.
Tools for each kind of business: restaurants (tables, kitchen, delivery), clinics (appointments and files), labs, pharmacies, laundries, gyms, and staff and payroll.
2Connect it to Claude
In Claude: Settings → Connectors, search for “OWL ERP” and select Connect.
Or add it yourself: Add custom connector, with the address https://erp.owlplatform.net/mcp
The OWL page opens: sign in, pick the business, choose “read only” or “read and change”, and select Allow.
3Connect it to ChatGPT
In ChatGPT: open the apps directory, search for “OWL ERP” and select Connect.
Or in Developer Mode: add an MCP server with the address https://erp.owlplatform.net/mcp and OAuth sign-in.
The same OWL page opens: sign in, pick the business, and select Allow.
4Every change needs your yes
The assistant changes nothing directly. It proposes, shows you exactly what will change — the new prices, or the invoice with its number and total — and waits for your yes.
Most changes can be undone with one request. The few that cannot — cancelling an invoice, closing a shift, releasing a lab result — it tells you before you agree.
5Your permissions are its permissions
The assistant sees and does only what your account allows. A cashier sees what a cashier sees; the owner sees everything.
The business owner can switch the connection off, or make it read-only, in Settings → AI.
6Medical records
In clinics, labs and pharmacies, the assistant shows and summarizes what the clinic wrote — visits, results, allergies — for the clinic's own staff.
It never suggests a diagnosis, treatment or medicine, and never decides anything medical — that is the doctor's job. In ChatGPT, medical records are read-only.
7Disconnecting and privacy
Disconnect at any time in OWL → Settings → AI, or in Claude's or ChatGPT's own settings.
