Delete your account

Anyone signed in to OWL Delivery — in the app or on the website — can ask for their own account to be deleted without leaving it: Support (الدعم) → Delete your account (حذف حسابك). The business owner is told at once. When the owner asks, it is a request to delete the whole business.

We carry it out as described below, within 30 days.

A business owner can remove any staff member from inside the system. In OWL ERP: Users & permissions (المستخدمون والصلاحيات) → the person → Disable (عطّله). In OWL Delivery — drivers and merchants included: Users (المستخدمين) → the person → Suspend the account (إيقاف الحساب). From that moment they cannot sign in on any device.

If you are a staff member and want your own account deleted, ask the owner of your business, or write to us directly (below) and we will do it with them. We remove your email address and phone number from the account and close the sign-in; your name stays on the invoices and entries you made, because the business's books must show who made each entry.

The owner sends a deletion request from the phone number or email registered on the account — by WhatsApp or email (below). We confirm with the owner before acting, because deletion cannot be undone.

Before deleting, you can export your data — sales, products, customers and accounts — from inside the system.

We complete the deletion within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

Deleted: the business and everything entered into it — customers, patients and their records, products, invoices, stock, accounts, parcels and their delivery and cash records, files and photos — and the sign-in accounts of the owner and every staff member.

Kept, and why: the security activity log (who signed in and what they did), locked and used only for security and fraud investigation; and the billing records of your subscription with us, for as long as the law requires financial records to be kept. Neither is used for anything else.
