Terms of use
Plain terms setting out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Please read them before using the system.

1Using the service means accepting these terms
Opening an account and using any OWL system means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the system.
2Your account, your responsibility
You are responsible for your password and for everything done from your account.
You are responsible for your staff: who you give an account to, what permissions you grant, and what they do with them.
If you suspect someone has accessed your account, change the password and tell us immediately.
3Prohibited use
Do not use the system for anything unlawful under Iraqi law.
Do not attempt to reach another company's data, or to test for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
Do not resell or sublicense the system without an agreement.
4Subscription and payment
The subscription runs for a term; price and term are agreed before you start.
If payment is late, the account is suspended, not deleted. Your data stays, and access returns as soon as payment is made.
Any price change is communicated with reasonable notice and never applied retroactively.
5Your data is yours
We claim no ownership over anything you enter. It is yours, and you can export it and take it with you at any time.
6Availability and maintenance
We work to keep the system running, but we do not promise 100% — nobody can promise that honestly.
Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Unplanned outages are fixed as fast as we can, and we tell you what happened.
7Limits of liability
The system is a tool that records what you enter. It does not replace a qualified accountant or a tax adviser: you remain responsible for the accuracy of your figures and for your legal and tax obligations.
We are not liable for loss arising from information you entered incorrectly, or from a decision you made on that basis.
Our financial liability in any case does not exceed what you paid in subscription fees over the previous 12 months.
8Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or harms other users — with notice first, unless the harm is immediate.
You may end your subscription at any time, after exporting your data.
9Amendments
We may amend these terms. Material changes are announced and take effect from the date of the announcement — never retroactively.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by Iraqi law, and any dispute goes before the competent courts in Iraq.
